Villa’s Coffee products contain dairy and may contain or come into contact with nuts and other allergens. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that any product will be completely free of cross-contamination. Please enjoy with care!

Villa’s Coffee bottled beverages are made fresh to order. For best quality and freshness, we recommend consuming all bottles within 5 days of pickup or delivery. Bottles should be kept refrigerated at all times and shaken well before enjoying.

We use A2 Whole Milk in our bottled coffees. This milk contains only the A2 beta-casein protein, which some people find easier to digest compared to conventional milk that contains both A1 and A2 proteins. We chose A2 Whole Milk for its clean taste, creamy texture, and quality, allowing us to deliver a smoother, well-balanced coffee experience while using thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Individual digestion experiences may vary.

We offer Oatly Oat Milk as our only dairy-free option.

We currently offer local delivery within a defined service area based on distance from our base of operations. Delivery availability is determined at checkout, and orders placed outside of our delivery radius may not be eligible for delivery. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, please reach out to us before placing an order.

During checkout, customers select a preferred delivery date and time through our scheduling system. All delivery times are subject to availability and confirmation. If any changes are needed, we will contact you to coordinate an alternative time.

Due to the perishable nature of our bottled coffees, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been prepared or delivered. If there is an issue with your order (such as an incorrect item or damaged product), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the situation and make it right when appropriate.
