At Villa’s Coffee, we take pride in delivering high-quality, freshly prepared beverages. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we’re happy to help if something isn’t right.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The order was prepared incorrectly

  • The item received does not match what was requested

  • There is a quality issue with the product upon receipt

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of pickup or delivery.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at villascoffeellc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are fresh, perishable beverages, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Orders reported after 48 hours

  • Change of mind after pickup or delivery

  • Improper storage after receiving the product

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
