By placing an order with Villa’s Coffee, you agree to the following terms and conditions.


1. Products & Freshness

All drinks are freshly prepared. For best quality and taste, we recommend consuming products within 5 days of pickup or delivery and keeping them refrigerated at all times.


2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD.

  • Payment must be completed before orders are fulfilled.

  • Orders may be canceled only before preparation begins.


3. Pickup & Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct pickup or delivery details at checkout.

  • Villa’s Coffee is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect addresses or missed pickups.


4. Allergies & Ingredients

Our products may contain or come into contact with:

  • Dairy

  • Nuts

  • Other common allergens

While we take care in preparation, cross-contamination is possible. Customers with severe allergies should use discretion when ordering.


5. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are handled according to our Refund Policy. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.


6. Limitation of Liability

Villa’s Coffee is not liable for any adverse reactions or issues resulting from:

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Failure to review ingredient information

  • Consumption beyond the recommended freshness period


7. Changes to These Terms

Villa’s Coffee reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
