1. Products & Freshness
All drinks are freshly prepared. For best quality and taste, we recommend consuming products within 5 days of pickup or delivery and keeping them refrigerated at all times.
2. Orders & Payments

Payment must be completed before orders are fulfilled.

3. Pickup & Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring correct pickup or delivery details at checkout.

5. Refunds & Replacements
